After natural head posture registration, the BrainLab navigation system permitted 3D analysis to help the surgeon to quantify a complex position of the bone graft. The navigation system projected the location of the surgical probe on a computer monitor in axial, coronal, sagittal and 3D views. The position of the fibula could be verified intra-operatively
