A case in which the stability of the implant is being threatened due to stimulation on gingival former of the implant which resulted by mesial tilting of #47 and #37 after implant placement. Extraction of #38 and #48 following implant placement and uprighting #37 and #47 with SAS was attempted, which was not easy due to the patient’s occlusal force. Use of botulinum toxin is considered in such a case
