Vertical and horizontal changes of the hyoid bone location. The hyoid bone was displaced backward and downward in both the groups. Vertical and horizontal changes in the hyoid bone positioning in the AOB group showed statistical significance (*p = 0.022 and *p = 0.028), and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of vertical displacement of the hyoid bone (#p = 0.02)
