Changes of facial morphology in patients with port wine stains. Female, 43 years old, port wine stains on the left side of the face. Hyperplasia of the left upper lip and cheek, excision of part of the hypertrophic tissue, and then topical administration with bleomycin and triamcinolone acetonide. After 5 years of follow-up, the facial condition was stable, and no recurrence occurred
